The front facing lounge has fabulous views over the water and includes a two seater and a three seater sofa SMART television, DVD player, bookshelf, selection of games and puzzles and binoculars. The large kitchen/diner is fully equipped with fridge, freezer, washer/dryer, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, kettle, cutlery, crockery and a range of cooking equipment. The tiles and splash back are beautifully crafted individually designed glass made by a local artist. Outside the back-door is a small partially covered gated courtyard with plenty of drying space.
The bedroom has a huge super-king size double bed, radio-alarm clock, hairdryer and plenty of storage. There is also a full length mirror, iron and ironing board. The bathroom has a bath and shower, heated floor and plenty of hot water!
