Waterfront House, 19 Dunstanville Terrace, Falmouth, Cornwall, TR11 2SW
Some satnavs do not recognise Dunstanville Terrace, so search for Greenbank or North Parade.
From the north - Take M5 to just past Exeter, take the left exit slip road onto the A30 and follow it all the way down until you see signposts to Truro. Go through Truro and you will see signs for Falmouth. You will approach Falmouth down a hill with Pets at Home opposite you on the roundabout. Take the second exit and keep in the left hand lane, take the first left at the next roundabout so you have Macdonalds on your right. Continue down the road until you pass the Greenbank hotel on your left, you are now entering Dunstanville Terrace. Number 19 is almost directly opposite the entrance to the Royal Cornwall Yacht Club about a third of the way down the road.
There is unrestricted on-street parking outside the property, but it can get busy. Usually if you drive up and down a couple of time a space becomes free. If you really can’t find a space it is fine to double park while you unpack your bags. The best alternative parking is on Symonds Hill which is the first turning up to the left opposite the Greenbank Hotel. There is a strange but un-written law which says that having parked a little way away when you walk back to Seagulls a space outside becomes instantly available!
Leave the train at Truro and take the branch line to Falmouth. We have three train stations! Falmouth town is the closest about 3/4 mile walk through town. When you leave the station turn left towards the town and just keep walking. This will take you through Arwenack Street, Church Street and then up the Old High Street. When you reach the top of the High Street, Dunstanville Terrace is straight in front of you overlooking the harbour. There is also an Avis car hire collection point at Truro station.
The nearest airport is Newquay where you will be able to get a taxi or hire a car to Falmouth.
